The master bedroom is situated at the end of the corridor of the apartment, and it is adjacent to the master bathroom. It is a quiet, somber yet elegant room. It is appr. 4 x 4 Mts. (13.3 x 13.3 Ft.). It has durmast wooden floors, yet like the bathroom it does not have a wooden beamed ceiling.
The room has a matrimonial double bed, bedside tables with lamps (on the walls), a large built-in closet with 8 compartments, a large old-fashioned wooden chest of drawers, and a long wooden table, with the 37" liquid crystal display Sony TV set (only Italian channels, as opposed to the large 55" Sharp brand in the sitting room, which has international and English speaking channels).

Fine paintings and Persian carpets decorate the room.

This room has a little balcony, which is accessed through its large window, reinforced with a robust grating for security purposes.
As you can see, also this balcony overlooks the ancient Venerable English college, and also a secluded internal court beneath.
As mentioned, this balcony can be also accessed from the dining room ( click on the link to see its door).
The dark brown door to the right in the balcony belongs to the little room with the washing machine and the burner of the apartment, for both hot water and heat.

Adjacent to the master bedroom you find the master bathroom. It is 2 x 3 Mts. (6.7 x 10 Ft.). It includes all the modern elements: bath-tub with hand-held shower, sink, toilet, bidet, a small table and shelves. The bathroom was recently renovated, and as you can see it is panelled with marble tiles, of a variety of salmon-colour Roman travertine.
