The terrace - garden

The terrace of this wonderful apartment is spacious, and itincludes many plants and trees, vases, a little fountain, a table with chairs to dine "al fresco", a sitting area with a little sofa and chairs (to the left). The terrace is practically a little garden, complete with automatic watering system. This photo shows the view from the door leading from the sitting room to the terrace. The door to the right, closed in the photo, is one of the doors of the single bedroom (shown in another page).
Above the plants of the hedge, to the left, you can see in the distance the dome of the church of San Giacomo.

As this opposite photo shows, the terrace can be covered with large awnings, which are moved by an electryc engine, with remote control. The awnings are so large that they can cover with shade nearly all the surface of the terrace. The terrace becomes a cool ambience, ideal to have also lunch, or to be used also in the warmest hours.

A section of the terrace encircles the second and third bedrooms, and acts hence as their balcony.

This balcony is endowed with many plants and vases, and it is particularly sunny in the afternoon. From it, and thus also from the bedrooms, one has a very clear view of the Church of St. Patrick (in Via del Babbuino).
