The main entrance is endowed with an enclosed patio. One enters
a foyer, leading to a large living area adjacent to the open
air kitchen with fireplace, and wood burning oven. The house
is furnished with a mix of antiques and designer items.

The sitting room is equipped with: Tv, satellite aerial and
decoder to watch CNN, BBC, Skynews and the major international
channels (German TV etc.), home theatre system, dvd, vcr, stereo.

The open plan kitchen is ample and well equipped.

The equipment includes: 5 fires gas hob, big fridge/freezer,
electric oven, microwave, waste disposer in the sink, blender,
toaster, electric kettle, American stile coffee machine (percolator),
orange squeezer, electric fryer, whisk etc.

twin bedroom

The bathroom includes Jacuzzi, and hair dryer. The study room
is convertible in a twin bedroom.

The pool room has splendid stone walls (like the entire property),
and is covered by a wooden roof with 4 sky lights. It includes
floor-to-roof window on one side, big windows on the other sides,
a multifunction gym machine, access to the garden. The pool
is 10 x 5 x 1.70 Mt., and it can be heated on request (by means
of a sealed gas burner changed in 2003).
The LOWER LEVEL is accessed from the upper floor by means of
two spiral staircases. It includes a master bedroom, a twin
bedroom (not shown in the photos), a single bedroom, a bathroom,
and a washing area.

The master bedroom has direct access to the garden, and includes
a sitting area and a fireplace.
The double bedroom has private vine covered patio. The single
bedroom is covered with wooden panels, and it very cosy.
The bathroom includes a bath tub, a shower box, hair dryer (and
naturally bidet, sink and toilet).
The washing area is equipped with washing machine and iron
(it is not shown in the photos).
All appliances are no more that 3 years old. The house is
centrally heated by two sealed gas burners changed in the
year 2000 (separate temperature control for each floor).
| OUTSIDE:
The exterior comprises two shaded outdoor eating areas
with table and light, and a barbecue area.
There are plenty of deck chairs, one hammock, one swing.
Also 3 bicycles and one canoe are available.
