One of the many treats of the apartment is its large terrace-roof garden. It is accessed through a spacious spiral staircase in the sitting room (made of wrought iron), which is easy to climb. The terrace is 170 Sq. Mts. large (appr. 1,800 Sq. Ft.) and it is endowed with a variety of plants.

You have panoramic views of old Rome's roofs and domes, in particular of the churches San Carlo ai Catinari and Sant'Andrea della Valle, which have respectively the 3rd highest and the 2nd highest domes in Rome after St. Peter's. You can also see other domes, among others those of the church of St. Agnese in Piazza Navona, and St. Ivo alla Sapienza (which is near the Pantheon).

The terrace includes wrought-iron table and chairs to dine "al fresco", and a parasol (it is folded in the photo). You also find two elegant wrought-iron bedsteads (sofas) with comfortable mattress, to bask in the sun.

The all inclusive weekly price of this property for FOUR PERSONS begins from 2,700 Euro (it varies with the season, the no. of persons etc.).

The price of this apartment also includes the *daily cleaning* (!).

Moreover the proprietor, belonging to one of the most distinguished patrician families in Rome, usually (95% of cases) welcomes personally our guests, and should they like, will tour them in the quarter to explain its history, its architecture, and where shops and groceries can be found. This is a complimentary gesture of hospitality, thus free.
