The Rome Seagulls penthouse is actually composed of an attic and a superattic, each with a sitting room and a terrace. The sitting room of the lower attic, or second sitting room / TV room, is very cozy, and it is an ideal place to relax and to plan your tourist visit of Rome, or to watch TV (and DVDs). Like any other room of the penthouse, it is highly panoramic, so you will find yourselves also looking at Rome's views from the windows, and watching the kaleidoscopic facets of the Spanish Steps district.

Through the right window you can see the Villa Medici and the Borghese Gardens, and the obelisk of Piazza Trinita' dei Monti (the square on top of the Spanish Steps). In the left window you can see panoramic views of Rome's centre. Notice that through this window you can see reflected in the mirror of the room also the obelisk of Piazza Trinita' dei Monti.

The apartment is situated at the 4th European floor (5th American) with ample and modern elevator. Soon after the entry door, you find a few elegant steps, and a designer furniture to lay keys or objects. The photo above shows it. Also in the photo, to the right you find the floor with the second sitting room (which you can see indistinctly), the two suites of the bedrooms and the second terrace of the attic. Still in the same photo above you can see the stairs leading to the higher floor (shown also in the top photo of this page).
